Cancellations & refunds

Monthly plans

You can request cancellation of a monthly plan from billing controls, where available, or by emailing info@viscaramedia.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and stops renewal; no additional 30-day notice is required. Access continues for that paid period unless you request otherwise. Any entitlement to an earlier cancellation or refund under applicable law is preserved.

One-off projects and deposits

For a one-off project, contact us as soon as you want to cancel. We account for work actually performed and reasonable, unavoidable costs agreed for your project, and return any unused balance where due. We explain the calculation. Payment of a deposit does not remove rights to a remedy for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered services.

If something is wrong

Email info@viscaramedia.com with your project or invoice reference and what has happened. We will review it, explain the proposed remedy and confirm any refund amount and timing. Do not send full card details.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees and cancellation rights. Where those rights require a repair, repeat performance, price reduction, cancellation or refund, they take priority over our commercial policy.

Consumer cancellation rights

If you buy as a consumer and a statutory cooling-off period applies, it is not waived just by paying or creating an account. Where required, we will obtain your express request before beginning work during that period and explain any permitted charge for work completed. Your contract and the law applicable to the purchase determine these rights.

Before you agree

Your quote should show the scope, total price, deposit, recurring charges and any separately priced extras. We confirm additional work and its price before proceeding. Read the terms and service agreement before accepting a quote.
