Contact Viscara Media to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or raise a privacy concern.
Make a request
Email info@viscaramedia.com, ideally from the address associated with your account. Tell us which request you want to make and enough information to locate your records. Do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents with the initial request.
What happens next
- We check which records are involved and may ask proportionate questions to verify identity before releasing or deleting data.
- We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension or reason we cannot fulfil all of a request.
- Some records may need to be retained for outstanding obligations, disputes or legal record-keeping. We explain applicable exceptions; a deletion request is not an instant deletion of every record.
- Browser-only prototype data must also be cleared on the device where it is stored. Cancelling a paid service and requesting deletion are separate actions.
